Promoting the theme “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment,” ASTA Foundation proudly celebrated International Women’s Day 2025 with an inspiring event dedicated to empowering young women.

The event was graced by Shamim Akhter, a prominent inspire for women’s empowerment, esteemed writer, Social Development Officer at Cox’s Bazar Municipality, and Advisor of Prothom Alo Bondhushava, Cox’s Bazar. She engaged with the young female participants, discussing women’s rights, gender equality, and the importance of empowerment in today’s world.

As part of the celebration, ASTA Foundation organized a Content Competition, encouraging young female writers to express their thoughts on women’s rights and empowerment. The winners were honored with prizes and certificates, handed over by our esteemed guest. ASTA Foundation presented a token of appreciation to the distinguished speaker.
