Vendor Enlistment Notice

ASTA Foundation invites applications for Enlistment from the vendors/ Supplier /Service Providers in the following categories:

Enlistment Schedule (ES)

Interested vendors are requested to enlist in ASTA Foundation Vendor Enlistment System by submitting your application form along with relevant supporting documents mentioned below at procurement@astafoundation.org. You can also submit the signed hardcopy documents to ASTA Foundation office, Mohammad Ali Lane Sikdar Mohol, Cox’s Bazar.

Documents to be submitted

1. Application Form
2. Data sheet in excel format
3. Valid Trade License (Not for individual consultant)
4. TIN Certificate
5. VAT/BIN Registration document (Not for individual consultant)
6. Updated TAX return certificate.
7. Bank Account Certificate

Interested vendors will fill up the required information and submit all the relevant documents through the e-mail and also, they can submit the hardcopies at ASTA Foundation Office along with necessary documents, in this case the data sheet has to be sent over email.

• One vendor may participate in multiple categories based on their work experience, capacity, scope and nature of business.
• All the vendors have to be complied with our policy and procedure.
